CAD Design
Create accurate 3D digital models. Provides millimeter-level modeling for subsequent production.
Wax Mold Making
Based on CAD models, wax models are carved to achieve “zero error” gemstone positioning, avoiding the risk of gemstone damage.
Metal Casting
Using lost wax casting combined with vacuum pressure, high precision molding is ensured, with a yield rate of 99.2%.
Traditional Setting
Senior technicians use micro-setting/prong setting for full-shaped gemstones, ensuring stable optical performance with microscope precision.
Mirror Polishing
Three-stage polishing: rough polishing for shaping → fine polishing for brightening → velvet cloth mirror polishing.Ra0.05μm smooth surface
Laser engraving
20μm fiber laser precision engraving of logos/textures, adjustable depth 3D anti-counterfeiting engraving.
Electroplating Treatment
0.5-3μm uniform rhodium/gold plating, salt spray test reaches level 9 corrosion resistance.
Quality Inspection
12-step testing process and 46 testing standards, including gem stability, coating thickness, and dimensional tolerances.
